Atlanta reshaped its front office by hiring Keith Earle as a mid-Atlantic area scout. Earle began NFL work as a camp intern in player personnel for the Eagles in 2021, then completed a similar internship in Chicago in 2022. He later became a scouting assistant during Ryan Poles’ first year as general manager and spent the past two seasons as the midlands area scout for the Bears before joining Atlanta. Justin Hickman was given the title of national scout. After an NFL and CFL playing career, Hickman worked as an XFL executive, a Pro Football Focus analyst, a coach, and most recently an area scout with the Patriots. Other moves included Arizona promoting Alfonza Knight to assistant director, college scouting, and parting ways with veteran scout Chris Culmer.

"Leaving the front office, per Stratton, is veteran scout Chris Culmer. Starting as a scouting intern for the Seahawks in 2000, Culmer worked his way up to scouting assistant and pro scout over nearly nine years in Seattle.
