ESPN's Adam Schefter reported on Saturday that those around the league and some inside the Cowboys' organization believe that McCarthy's job security will be measured by how the team does this year in the playoffs. "If the Cowboys play well in the postseason, McCarthy would have an excellent chance to keep his job," Schefter wrote.
