"Last season, Bullard played in 15 games for New Orleans, starting six, and tallied 26 total tackles, four tackles for loss and two pass breakups."
"Under Dixon in 2024, Bullard had arguably the best season of his career, starting in all 17 games for Minnesota and posting 41 tackles, seven tackles for loss, three pass breakups and a sack."
"Dixon's coaching style is one that puts a lot of the responsibility on his players to execute what's being taught, and it comes from his own background of playing in the NFL."
The Dallas Cowboys have signed veteran defensive end Jonathan Bullard to a one-year contract, enhancing their defensive line depth. Bullard, 32, has played for six teams since being drafted in 2016. Last season, he recorded 26 tackles and started six games for the New Orleans Saints. Bullard joins two other recent defensive line additions, Otito Ogbonnia and Rashan Gary. He will reunite with former coach Marcus Dixon, who previously guided him during a standout season with the Vikings in 2024.
