This extremely gory sequel is a follow-up to the hit horror movie "Smile," about a haunting entity that causes untold havoc, insanity and death. It's definitely not for young viewers with its brutal blood, gore and scenes of drug abuse. The film delivers intense jolts but is marked by extreme violence, including shootings, stabbings, and other grotesque imagery involving the protagonist Skye Riley, who is also in recovery from a drug dependency.
The dialogue features nearly constant strong language and there are several instances of sexual content, including a vague depiction of a naked man and discussions surrounding drug abuse.
