Back in June, beer writer Beth Demmon penned a piece for The Post's Food section in which she acknowledged that, while "hard cider is, to many, inextricably tied to autumn, it also happens to be an ideal choice for hot summer days."
Ciders from four of the local producers featured in Demmon's book will be available to sip while you listen.
