Tailgating guide to FedEx Field
Briefly

Many Washington football fans will joke that, during the Daniel Snyder era, what happened in the parking lot before the game was more fun than what happened on the field.
The team tries to steer tailgaters toward the RedZone parking lot, which opens an hour before the other lots. It's farther from the gates but has advantages including a "private" entrance from Sheriff Road and wider parking spaces that allow more room for tents and grills than the Green or Purple lots. It's where you'll find some of the larger fan-organized tailgate parties, such as the one hosted by fans from the ExtremeSkins discussion forum.
