Ironblocks has introduced a new Web3 security layer, Venn, to enhance decentralization in finance and tackle hacking by vetting transactions before execution.
The Venn network allows DeFi applications to connect with security operators, who can pre-screen transactions, flag suspicious activity, and subsequently confirm safe operations on the blockchain.
According to Ironblocks' CEO Or Dadosh, Venn's approach is comparable to a Web2 firewall, positioning itself as a critical resource for secure crypto operations.
This initiative includes collaborations with prominent DeFi platforms like Ether.Fi and Ethena, highlighting the growing recognition of the need for better security measures in decentralized finance.
