More than money, we need the rules that allow us to do more on alcohol, fentanyl, or tobacco. We don't have the authority that you think we have - we can only do so much on the federal level.
As much as I'm the secretary of the department, I still have to wait till I hear from the White House on a number of things. I do miss being AG.
