Crock Pot Lasagna
"3 Spoon 1/2 cup of marinara sauce into the bottom of the Crock Pot. Add three oven-ready lasagna noodles to the crock pot, breaking them up if necessary. Add half of the browned meat mixture and 3/4 cup of marinara sauce. Add another layer of oven-ready lasagna noodles. Add 1 cup shredded mozzarella and 3/4 cup marinara sauce. Add another layer of oven-ready lasagna noodles."

Brown sausage in a skillet, add onions then garlic, and season with kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper. Mix ricotta cheese with parsley, oregano, basil, onion powder, and egg. Layer marinara, oven-ready lasagna noodles, browned meat, ricotta mixture, and shredded mozzarella in the Crock Pot, repeating layers and using 3/4 cup marinara between layers. Drizzle 1/2 cup water down the Crock Pot sides, cover and cook on low for 3–3½ hours, checking after 2½ hours. Finish with remaining mozzarella, let melt 20 minutes, then rest 20 minutes before cutting. Garnish with chopped fresh herbs and optionally post a photo with #justapinchrecipes.
