Odeko provides digital and operational services to cafes and restaurants, including ordering and next-day delivery, inventory management, finance, and insurance. The company serves approximately 17,000 independent businesses and operates warehouses in 16 U.S. markets to provide local delivery alongside nationwide e-commerce and business solutions. The acquisition of Atlanta Coffee Supply Group adds a full-service ingredients and equipment distributor founded by Jonathan Silver and retains ACSG’s Lakehouse Coffee and Blue Durango Iced Tea brands. The move follows a $96 million Series E round that lifted total equity to about $280 million since 2019 and follows acquisitions of Butter Insurance and Humankind Beverage.
In acquiring Atlanta Coffee Supply Group - a full-service ingredients and equipment distribution company founded by entrepreneur Jonathan Silver 30 years ago - Odeko said it is expanding its footprint in the Southeastern U.S. Odeko also plans to continue offering ACSG's exclusive coffee brand, Lakehouse Coffee, as well as partner tea brand, Blue Durango Iced Tea. The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The acquisition follows a recent $96 million series E funding round, which brought Odeko's total equity raised to approximately $280 million since its founding in 2019. In March, along with the financial bump, the company acquired a small New York firm called Butter Insurance, bringing the restaurant-and-cafe-focused insurance platform in house. In May, Odeko announced it had acquired 14-year-old Pennsylvania-based distributor and beverage provider Humankind Beverage.
