Branch & Bean Coffee + Roastery operates inside Maple Branch Brewery with visible on-site coffee roasting behind the bar and its own street entrance plus interior access to the taproom. The cafe shares a kitchen that produces house-made syrups, breakfast sandwiches, tacos and egg bites. Design balances hanging and potted plants with matte-black equipment, a white marble bar and muted juniper-green walls. Shared seating creates a beer hall or French countryside biergarten atmosphere with flowers, tall trees and a running fountain. Founders converted former storage and offices and began roasting beans months before opening to refine blends and techniques.
