An Mien is a coffee brand rooted in pride in the authentic values of quality coffee and closely linked to the sensory and industrial character of a roasting workshop. The design evokes the workshop where aroma, heat, and the rhythm of industrial operations coexist and translates those qualities into a crafted spatial experience. The café is conceived as an extension of that spirit, framing the act of enjoying coffee through considered materiality, layered light, and emotive atmosphere. The design team includes Nguyen Anh Dung, Nai, and Minh Tam; construction and interior contractor is ROVA and woodwork contractor is Mr. Trung.
