Copra presents a cinnamon-spiced nonalcoholic Tiger's Eye cocktail combining Wilderton Citrus, Wilderton Bittersweet Aperitivo, cinnamon-star anise syrup, saline solution, and lemon juice. The recipe directs vigorous shaking, double straining into a Nick & Nora glass, and garnishing with a Luxardo maraschino cherry. The cinnamon-star anise syrup uses toasted cracked cinnamon sticks and star anise simmered for 30 minutes, strained, then mixed with equal weight white sugar. The saline solution combines 100g hot water and 20g kosher salt. Holy Water offers a tropically-twisted bourbon with Old Grand Dad Bonded, pineapple gomme, Rothman and Winters apricot liqueur, lime juice, briefly shaken and double strained over ice.
