Hello Hello opened on July 9 at 151 W 26th Street in Chelsea. Operated by Luis Hernandez, Brendan Bartley, and Robert Nieves, the venue aims to create a casual atmosphere with no gimmicks. By day, it functions as a cafe and at night transforms into a dive bar. The interior features a 70s lounge vibe with high-top tables, offering lattes and pastries during the day. The venue includes a distillery with a copper still, enhancing its unique appeal as the first of its kind since Prohibition.
