Chelsea's latest hi-low bar is giving us a Red Bull Vodka by the draft
Briefly

Hello Hello opened on July 9 at 151 W 26th Street in Chelsea. Operated by Luis Hernandez, Brendan Bartley, and Robert Nieves, the venue aims to create a casual atmosphere with no gimmicks. By day, it functions as a cafe and at night transforms into a dive bar. The interior features a 70s lounge vibe with high-top tables, offering lattes and pastries during the day. The venue includes a distillery with a copper still, enhancing its unique appeal as the first of its kind since Prohibition.
"This is the kind of place we'd actually want to drink at. No gimmicks. Just good music, great drinks, and the right energy from day to night."
The wood-paneled interior with high top tables seem ready for a quiet work day or midday hang over freshly brewed Guava & Olive Oil Lattes and pastries sourced from Colson Patisserie.
