Lynch's rendition of the cocktail includes pistachio orgeat and a modified melon liqueur made from cantaloupes, creating a less sweet, subtly tropical flavor profile.
Lynch experimented with different spirits and methods, shifting from a rhum agricole-based swizzle to a white rum mixed and shaken, yielding a more balanced and frothy result at Sunken Harbor Club.
