Leyenda, a cocktail bar in Brooklyn co-owned by Ivy Mix, closed its doors just days shy of its 10th anniversary. With a lot of my regulars, I don't have relationships with them outside of Leyenda. Are those relationships going to end now? I hope not.
Leyenda has enjoyed unusual longevity in a dramatically changing neighborhood whose main thoroughfare is characterized by a constantly revolving roster of short-lived businesses.
