Following last year’s popular "Campfire Milkshake," the team continues to push the boundaries of ballpark cuisine. Similarly, the Kansas City Royals are unveiling the Z-Man Sandwich, featuring slow-smoked brisket and provolone cheese, showcasing a trend towards gourmet options in baseball venues.
This follows the White Sox's "Campfire Milkshake" from last season, which was topped with graham crackers, marshmallows and chocolate pieces.
In collaboration with Joe's Kansas City BBQ, the Royals will offer a new item this season: the Z-Man Sandwich. It includes slow-smoked beef brisket and provolone cheese on a toasted kaiser roll, topped with two onion rings.
