According to a press release from the team, the White Sox released right fielder and third baseman Mike Moustakas, who have played a combined 24 seasons in Major League Baseball.
In 41 at-bats this spring, Moustakas slashed .195/.283/.317, while striking out more often (13) than he reached base (12).
