White Sox LHP Ellard to return for doubleheader

Fraser Ellard rejoined the Chicago White Sox for a doubleheader against the Cleveland Guardians after recovering from a left lat strain while with Triple-A Charlotte. He will act as the 27th man for both games. Previously on the IL since May 4 and moved to the 60-day list on June 8, Ellard had a successful stint with a 3.27 ERA and 12 strikeouts in 11 innings at Charlotte. This season, he carries a 6.75 ERA in seven appearances for the White Sox, with a full career record of 2-5 and a 4.40 ERA for the team.
