There have been multi-sport athletes who maybe achieved more, but you would be hard-pressed to find one who had a better year than the University of Cincinnati's Carl Bouldin in 1961.
'61 was magical as Bearcats basketball head coach Ed Jucker led UC to the national championship. Bouldin excelled in pivotal games, demonstrating his exceptional talent and contribution to the team.
