Cubs' Taillon (calf) to miss more than month

Chicago Cubs pitcher Jameson Taillon has been placed on the injured list due to a right calf strain and is expected to miss more than a month. He sustained the injury during wind sprints after a bullpen session. Taillon holds a 7-6 record with a 4.44 ERA this season. Jordan Wicks has been recalled to fill his roster spot, though the Cubs will employ a bullpen game initially. Chris Flexen is also a candidate for an expanded role after performing well in relief.
