The Chicago White Sox acquired left-handed pitcher Bailey Horn from the Chicago Cubs in exchange for right-hander Matthew Thompson.
Horn, 26, combined to go 7-3 with a 4.21 ERA (27 ER/53.0 IP) and 78 strikeouts in 45 relief appearances last season between the Double-A Tennessee Smokies and Triple-A Iowa Cubs.
