Joey Browner, the first defensive back selected by the Minnesota Vikings in the first round, died at 65. He was drafted 19th overall in 1983 from USC. Browner was a three-time All-Pro and made six consecutive Pro Bowls during his nine seasons with the Vikings. He recorded 37 interceptions, 17 forced fumbles, and led the team in tackles in 1986 and 1987. Browner was inducted into the Vikings' Ring of Honor in 2013 and was named one of the 50 Greatest Vikings in 2010.
