New York Yankees third baseman Jazz Chisholm Jr. is likely headed to the injured list with a UCL injury, manager Aaron Boone said Tuesday.
Chisholm left Monday night's loss to the Chicago White Sox with the left elbow injury. He was hurt on a headfirst dive scoring in the fifth.
