Rangers Option Ezequiel Duran, Select Derek Hill, DFA Yerry Rodriguez Amid Series of Roster Moves

The Rangers announced a series of roster moves today, most notably optioning utility player Ezequiel Duran to Triple-A Round Rock. The team also activated Justin Foscue from the 60-day IL and optioned the 25-year-old infielder to Triple-A.

Hill will start this afternoon in center field against the Brewers.
