Aurora lost another 1.47% of its population between 2020 and 2022, according to new U.S. Census Bureau figures released recently.The numbers from the bureau's Population Estimates Program now show the city with a population of 177,866 as of July 2022.That is 2,660 people down from the 180,197 people the Census Bureau put Aurora at after the decennial census in 2020.
