An Indiana man was arrested Wednesday on federal charges alleging he illegally sold a pistol to a friend in Illinois that was later found in possession of one of the suspects in the slaying of Chicago police Officer Aréanah Preston.Corey Gray, 21, of LaPorte, was charged in a criminal complaint unsealed in U.S. District Court with one count of illegally transporting a firearm over state lines.
