A 4-year-old girl was fatally wounded Wednesday morning by another child who lives in the same household in west suburban River Grove, officials said.About 10 a.m., the father, who is a concealed carry license holder, was outside in the 2400 block of West Street when he was alerted his daughter was accidentally shot by another child, River Grove police said.
