Expo Chicago Reveals 2025 Exhibitors, Announces Partnership with Galleries Association of Korea

Expo Chicago is set for April 24-27 and will host over 170 galleries from 36 countries. This year marks the event's second edition under Frieze's ownership and includes a notable first appearance of 20 galleries from Korea, facilitated by a partnership with the Galleries Association of Korea. Kristell Chadé from Frieze emphasizes new initiatives and cross-regional collaborations, while Gaok president Hwang Dalseung highlights a concerted effort to support Korean galleries entering the Chicago market. Many returning exhibitors from last year will also be present, ensuring a rich and diverse collection of artworks.
As we enter the second year of Expo Chicago as part of Frieze, we are proud to expand on new initiatives, including a significant collaboration with the Galleries Association of Korea.
We plan to support twenty major galleries in Korea to enter the Chicago art market... this event was based on the synergy between Kiaf Seoul and Frieze Seoul.
