The Athletics announced several transactions today, with right-hander Aaron Brooks selected to the roster, a move that was reported on Monday. They also recalled left-hander Hogan Harris from Triple-A Las Vegas. To open spots on the active roster for those two, left-hander Brady Basso was optioned to Vegas.
