André 3000 has announced a tour in support of his surprise debut solo album, New Blue Sun.
The LP opens with a 12-minute track called 'I Swear, I Really Wanted to Make a 'Rap' Album but This Is Literally the Way the Wind Blew Me This Time,' and it debuted at No. 90 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, making it the longest song in the chart's history.
