A man was pronounced dead in a traffic crash that caused his vehicle to engulf into flames early Wednesday morning on the West Side in the West Humboldt Park neighborhood, officials said.Shortly after 2:30.a.m., a white Chevy Traverse was traveling at a high rate of speed north in the 1100 block of Cicero Avenue when it struck an Acura MDX in the rear causing it to engulf in flames, police said.
