Two Chicago police were arrested Sunday and stripped of their powers following an incident where they allegedly fled from fellow officers.Chicago police would not release details about the circumstances, citing an ongoing internal investigation, but a police spokesman on Monday confirmed that Officers Jonathan Mehrhoff, 32, and Luis Cruz, 34, were stripped of their police powers.
