Police are investigating after a 3-year-old boy died in Chelsea Sunday morning, officials said. According to the Suffolk County District Attorney's office, the child was found unresponsive.
In a statement to Boston.com Monday evening, the DA's office confirmed that the child was a boy. The incident is still under investigation, officials said.
