Manchester United have drawn up a three-man shortlist to replace Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Diogo Dalot at right-back, with Jules Kounde a leading name, due to his versatility in playing at both right-back and center-back.
Kounde, valued at 42m by Transfermarkt, is being tracked by Man United, but Barcelona will demand more for the player who has made 39 starts this season with three years left on his contract.
Jeremie Frimpong and Denzel Dumfries are also mentioned as potential options, but their Champions League prospects at Bayer Leverkusen and Inter Milan might hinder a move to a Europa Conference League team like Manchester United at this stage.
