Patrick Dorgu made his debut for Manchester United against Leicester City but in an unexpected twist, he played at right wing-back instead of his natural left-sided position. Fans were puzzled by head coach Ruben Amorim's decision to position the new recruit on the opposite side of the field. Dorgu, previously a standout at Lecce, was signed to address United's long-standing left flank issues. While he initially struggled with the position, he did demonstrate promising attacking runs before being substituted at halftime as United trailed 1-0.
Sorry but this Dalot LWB Dorgu RWB thing is total nonsense. Totally removes the down-the-line play strong-footed wingbacks or elite 1v1 wingers can pull off.
I am incredibly proud to be able to call myself a Manchester United player; this is a dream come true.
