Briefly

During the Fans Forum, Coventry City owner Doug King confirmed a number of applications for the head coach position. Among the contenders is former England and Chelsea player Frank Lampard.
King stated that the next appointment is 'very important' and mentioned they have received numerous CVs from high-quality candidates, including Lampard, as they assess their options.
Lampard, who has been out of management since the end of the 2022-23 season, has Championship experience from his time leading Derby County to the play-off final.
In addition to Lampard, other potential candidates include former striker Robbie Keane and ex-midfielder Lee Carsley, with speculation surrounding other names like Matt Bloomfield from Wycombe Wanderers.
