Chelsea's new ownership probably would've expected a bit more from their team in the Carabao Cup final on Sunday... allowing an extremely under-strength Liverpool to run out 1-0 winners in extra time.
Has their been a game this season in which Cole Palmer hasn't been Chelsea's best player? Probably not... considering he lost Virgil van Dijk in the lead up to the winning goal, it's fair to say that he underperformed on the day.
