Chelsea signed Caleb Wiley, a 19-year-old American left-back, from Atlanta United FC and he played for the U.S. at the Paris Olympics before moving on loan to Strasbourg, coached by Liam Rosenior.
Wiley signed a six-year contract with Chelsea for around $11 million after his move from Atlanta, aiming to support his development during the loan.
