Kaminski started every one of Luton's 38 Premier League games in 2023-24 and made 85 appearances in total for the Hatters.
"I’m really excited to join the club. When I first spoke to the gaffer he came across very, very determined and very passionate about what he wants to do and what he’s going to do," Kaminski told Charlton's website.
Charlton are back in the Championship following five years in the third tier after beating Leyton Orient in the League One play-off final at Wembley in May.
