Arsenal defender Ben White has undergone a minor surgical procedure to resolve a persistent knee issue, which could sideline him for up to eight weeks.
White had been playing through pain in recent matches, managing just 19 minutes against Newcastle before returning to play full matches against Inter Milan and Chelsea.
With a number of injuries in the defense already, White's absence will severely affect Arsenal's backline, as other defenders are also absent or recovering.
Ben White last played for the England national team in March 2022 and has since opted out of selection under previous England management.
