Arsenal has secured a season-long loan for Bournemouth goalkeeper Neto, who joins as a backup to David Raya after Ramsdale's move to Southampton.
Neto's signing comes after Bournemouth's acquisition of Kepa Arrizabalaga, allowing the Brazilian to replace Ramsdale as the Gunners' second choice keeper.
The 35-year-old Neto is ineligible for Arsenal's Carabao Cup fixtures but can participate in the FA Cup and UEFA Champions League.
Despite being brought in as a backup, Neto's experience from 32 appearances for Bournemouth last season offers crucial depth for Arsenal.
