In Norwich Township, OPP reported that a car crash involving a horse-drawn carriage resulted in two critical injuries, but their lives are not in danger.
The accident occurred around 4:00 p.m. on Oxford Road 13. The horse tragically died at the scene while the passenger vehicle occupant remained unharmed.
