The recall involves Nuna Rava car seats made between July 16, 2016, and October 25, 2023, due to a design flaw in the harness adjuster button.
Debris can accumulate near the front harness, potentially compromising the adjuster's ability to hold the strap tightly, posing a risk during vehicle crashes.
Although complaints have been documented, there have been no recorded injuries or fatalities linked to the car seat harness adjustment issue.
Nuna is offering a free remedy kit to affected customers, which includes a new seat pad designed to prevent debris from affecting the harness adjuster.
