Briefly

The 2026 Toyota bZ starts at $36,350 for the entry-level XLE FWD, which has an estimated 236-mile range and a 57.5-kWh battery producing 168 hp. The base trim is $2,170 cheaper than the 2025 bZ4X but has reduced range and power. Higher trims receive a larger 74.7-kWh battery, increasing range substantially. The XLE FWD Plus offers 314 miles for $39,350 with a single motor rated at 221 hp. The XLE AWD costs $41,350 with 338 hp and 288 miles of range. The Limited FWD provides 299 miles and costs $44,750.
The much-improved 2026 Toyota bZ has officially landed in the United States with a starting price of $36,350 (including destination) for the entry-level XLE FWD trim, which has an estimated range of 236 miles on a full charge. That's $2,170 less than the 2025 bZ4X's base trim, which could go 252 miles with a full battery. As you can see, both the price and the range estimate have gone down for the entry-level version.
For all the other trims, though, the 2026 bZ has a larger 74.7 kWh battery-up from the 72.8 kWh of the 2025 model-which leads to some impressive range gains. Now, the bZ XLE FWD Plus offers 314 miles of range for $39,350-that's $830 more than the outgoing model, but it offers an extra 62 miles of range on a full charge.
Moving up the ladder, there's the XLE AWD, which goes for $41,350, $750 more than before. It comes with two electric motors that have a combined output of 338 hp-124 more than the previous model year- while the range is estimated at 288 miles, 60 more than before. The most expensive front-wheel drive bZ is the Limited FWD, which offers 299 miles of range-63 more than the previous model-and costs $44,750, an increase of $1,500 over the outgoing model.
