Stellantis announced a $96 billion global business plan through 2030 that includes refreshing 12 North American products and building 11 new models. Sixty percent of global investment will go into North American brands and products due to the greatest opportunity and brand strength. The company plans 60 new car models across combustion, hybrid, and fully electric vehicles, plus technology investments, joint ventures, and improved manufacturing capacity use. Fifty models will receive significant makeovers. The North America plan aims to expand hybrid offerings, add new pickup trucks, a small van, and seven affordable vehicles. The company targets 25% revenue growth by 2030, 8–10% adjusted operating income margin, and expanding market coverage from 60% to 90%, supported by cost competitiveness improvements and $4.8 million in North American savings by 2028.
"A revenue increase of 25 per cent in North America is what's hoped for by 2030, with a margin on its adjusted operating income (AOI) seen between eight to 10 per cent. Filosa also says their goal is expand their North American market coverage from 60 to 90 per cent along with improving cost competitiveness. The international automaker is budgeting to create $4.8 million (3 billion euros) in savings within its North American portfolio by 2028."
