People that have a few quid and just park wherever they want - double yellow lines or disabled bays - and just take the ticket off because they can pay that, How rude is that? It's so rude, parking where they want. It's real arrogance. 'I've got a nice car, I've got a few quid, I'll just park in a disabled place'. They just walk away and they get a ticket... rude.
I just pull their wipers up so that when they get in the car, they have to fix them. That's what I do, especially the back wipers, as they get in the car and then have to get out again to fix them. I do the same with their wing mirrors, so they have to get out again and fix the wing mirrors, too.
