San Francisco police seek help identifying a man who attacked a cognitively impaired person filming him shouting at a Waymo vehicle, leading to life-threatening injuries including a fractured skull.
The suspect in the video blocked the Waymo vehicle, shouted 'You're no better than me,' and after an argument, physically attacked the victim who sustained severe injuries.
Police describe the attacker as a white man in his late 20s, seen in the video in a black jacket, baseball cap, blue shirt, jeans, white sneakers, and carrying a white bag.
