Lansdowne Rugby Club in planning row over the storage of Mercedes Benz vehicles on grounds
Briefly

Local residents have raised concerns over Claremont LFC Holdings' application for temporary planning permission to store vehicles, urging Dublin City Council to deny it.
The company’s temporary planning request follows an enforcement notice that directed it to cease commercial car storage. The application aims to use a different area of club grounds for vehicle storage.
Keith Fallon from MSL Ballsbridge Motors expressed gratitude to Lansdowne Rugby Club for allowing vehicle storage on its grounds, emphasizing minimal disruption to club operations and noting that most vehicles stored are electric, thus minimizing risk of fuel spillage.
Consultants clarified the proposed vehicle storage would not function as a traditional car park and would generate limited vehicle movements, not adversely impacting the facilities at the grounds.
