When you go to Point A's location on the map, you need to find the garage where all of the Marabunta Gang enemies are located. Head to the back of the garage and look about halfway up to the roof.
If you choose to steal the getaway vehicle from the Marabunta Gang, you'll be getting a random gang vehicle like a blue panel van or a four-door sedan.
